STATUS: MANDATORY

1. Nature of the Service & Non-Advisory Mandate

WatchlistReason Ledger is strictly an organizational ledger and analytical documentation software designed to log, structure, and verify historical user hypotheses and asset review routines within technical workflow suites (such as TC2000). The service is supplied exclusively for educational record-keeping, workflow auditability, and personal methodology tracking.

Affirmative Non-Advisory Clause: WatchlistReason Ledger does not broadcast trading alerts, buy recommendations, sell triggers, or managed portfolios. No feature shall be interpreted as personalized guidance, portfolio management, or financial representation. Further background is set forth in our Regulatory Disclaimer.

Users retain sole responsibility for evaluating risk, managing capital allocations, and validating any technical parameters configured inside third-party charting terminals.

2. User Credentials, Authorization, & Seat Licensing

Access credentials issued for the WatchlistReason Ledger console are individual and non-transferable. Commercial multi-seat licensing or institutional deployments must operate under separate verified team keys as outlined on the Membership Plans & Tariffs page.

  • Credential Safeguarding: Users must maintain confidential custody of login keys, passphrases, and telemetry tokens. Any unauthorized ingress must be reported via our Audit Support Desk immediately.
  • Prohibited Automated Scraping: Direct robotic scraping, stress exploitation of console APIs, or reverse engineering of cryptographic ledger schemas is explicitly prohibited.
  • Integrity of Export Channels: Exporting ledger CSV or JSON packages must comply with standard organizational hygiene rules detailed in the Knowledge Base.

3. Ledger Ownership, Watchlist Hypotheses, & Confidentiality

All qualitative reason-tags, audit notes, hypothesis categorizations, and chart timestamp associations compiled by the user remain the intellectual and operational property of that user. WatchlistReason Ledger does not claim co-ownership over subjective rationale libraries.

We process metadata, diagnostic timestamps, and layout states in strict conformity with our Privacy Policy. Systematic audit workflows configured inside TC2000 watchlists operate under the workflow schemas documented in our TC2000 Watchlist Review Guide.

In no event shall WatchlistReason Ledger, its architects, or its affiliates be liable for direct, consequential, incidental, or secondary damages arising out of execution decisions, platform downtime, delayed ledger updates, or third-party charting provider outages.

Users are instructed to review our technical research methodologies outlined in About WatchlistReason Ledger and consult operational inquiries via the System FAQ.

5. Plan Terms, Renewal, and Administrative Suspension
